The Telecommunication Infrastructure Company (TIC), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, is responsible for providing telecommunications infrastructure in Iran. As the custodian of the national telecommunications network and representative of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, TIC is responsible for the interconnection and switching of telecommunications operators throughout the country and their respective networks. The company’s primary objectives are to manage, organize, create, develop, provide, supervise, maintain, and operate the country’s communication infrastructure and provide value-added services. These objectives are achieved through the use of modern communication technologies and in collaboration with the Telecommunication Company of Iran as the parent organization, under the supervision of the company’s general assembly.
