Tehran Housing Investment Company started its operations in 1994 with branches in Tehran, Karaj, and Qazvin as part of the Housing Investment Group. The commencement of the Pamchal Tower project in these areas paved the way for the company. From 1994 to 2006, the company executed more than 27 residential, administrative, and commercial projects through these branches. Given the policies of the group and its operational capabilities, the company has been operating independently since 2006 and has completed 36 projects to date.
Since its inception, the company has consistently demonstrated growth and progress. Its industrial approach (tunnel formwork) in construction was the first industrial method in the group.
