The Construction and Development of Transportation Infrastructure Company (CDTIC) was founded in 2004 to plan and implement major road, rail, air, and maritime projects. Today, as a subsidiary of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, it is responsible for developing Iran’s transportation infrastructure.
